Where the information comes from
Anything clinical comes from published drug information: the product leaflet that ships with tadalafil, DailyMed, the NHS medicines pages, MedlinePlus and Drugs.com. Anything specific to the Vidalista brand comes from the manufacturer, and is described as coming from the manufacturer.
Retail listings, forum threads and competitor pages are not used as sources for anything medical. Plenty of what circulates about ED tablets online traces back to somebody's marketing copy rather than to a study.
Claims we will not make
- That a particular branded tablet is approved somewhere, unless that is actually the case.
- That a dose above the normal range is fine, safe or better.
- That anything here replaces seeing a doctor.
- That one brand beats another, without evidence.
- That a tablet is suitable for you, when we know nothing about you.
How doses are described
Dose figures here describe what is normally prescribed. They are context, not instructions. Where a product strength sits outside the usual range for the problem people are searching about, as 40 mg does for erections, we say so clearly rather than leaving the reader to work it out.
No money in the answer
There are no affiliate links, no sponsored sections and no pharmacy partnerships. No page sends you to a seller. This matters for what you are reading: a site that gets paid when tablets are sold cannot honestly write the paragraph that talks you out of buying one.
Everyone gets the same page
We do not check whether a visitor is a search engine, where they came from, or what browser they use, in order to change what gets shown. What Google sees is what you see. Anything a site would want to hide from a crawler has no business being on a medicine page.
Reviews
Reader reviews are somebody's personal experience. They are labelled that way, they are never used to support a medical claim, and there is no star rating in the page code for search engines to pick up. The rules for moderating them are in the review policy.
Corrections
Errors get fixed once they are checked against a source, and a meaningful change updates the date at the bottom of the page.
Medical review
No doctor has reviewed this site. Putting a stock photo and a name on a page is easy and means nothing, so we would rather say it plainly. If a named clinician reviews it later, their name, their credentials and the date will be on the page.
