Vidalista 40

About this site

One page, one tablet, written to answer the question you actually came with.

What this is

This site covers one thing: the Vidalista 40 mg tablet and the drug inside it, tadalafil. That is a narrow subject on purpose. A page that tries to cover every medicine ends up saying very little about any of them.

Most men who search for this strength are asking a version of the same question. Is 40 mg a lot, is it stronger, is it safe. That question has a straight answer, and the front page gives it in the first two paragraphs instead of burying it under a sales pitch.

How the information is put together

Facts about the brand, meaning what the tablet is called, who makes it and how much tadalafil is in it, come from the manufacturer. Everything about how tadalafil behaves in the body, what it interacts with and what it does to people, comes from published drug information such as the product leaflet, DailyMed, the NHS and Drugs.com.

Those two things are kept apart deliberately. A manufacturer describing its own product is not the same as clinical evidence, and mixing the two is how a lot of medicine pages end up misleading people without saying anything technically false.

What we do not do

  • Sell anything. There is no shop, no cart and no checkout.
  • Link to sellers or take commission. Nobody pays us if you buy a tablet anywhere.
  • Send visitors somewhere other than the page they clicked on.
  • Show one thing to Google and something else to you.
  • Invent reviews or ratings, or copy them from other sites.
  • Claim a doctor checked the page when none has.
  • Tell you what dose to take. That is your doctor's job, not ours.

On the 40 mg question

Tadalafil for erection problems is usually dosed between 5 and 20 mg, with 10 mg the common starting point. A 40 mg daily dose is standard treatment for a lung circulation condition, which is a different problem entirely. We say that plainly rather than implying a bigger tablet is simply a better one.

Getting something corrected

Drug information changes. If something here is wrong or out of date, say so and point us at a source, and it will be fixed. How we handle sourcing and corrections is set out in how we write.
